Golfside setting

The setting is one of the main attractions: the development is beside Lo Romero Golf, with the homes facing the course and pine trees in the surrounding area. Lo Romero is an 18-hole, par-72 course, known for its island green on the 18th hole. The club also has practice facilities, a golf academy, a pro shop and a bar with a terrace overlooking the course. These are golf-club facilities, separate from the residential communal areas.

Homes and outdoor space

The overall project comprises 48 bungalow-style apartments in blocks of four. Phase one covers blocks 1, 2 and 3, with 12 homes. Each has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 75 m² of built area. You can choose between:

• A ground-floor home with front and rear terraces, totalling approximately 64-100 m² depending on the unit.
• An upper-floor home with a porch, a 12 m² balcony and a private 67 m² roof terrace. The roof terrace includes a hot-and-cold shower and preparation for a summer kitchen.

Views

The developer describes golf views and, from the upper-floor homes, views towards the Mediterranean and Mar Menor. Views should be checked for the selected home.

Communal areas and finishes

The planned communal areas include a swimming pool, children's pool, gardens, a children's play area and outdoor exercise equipment. Each home has an allocated outdoor parking space. Inside, the specifications include a fitted kitchen, fitted bedroom wardrobes, porcelain flooring, bathroom vanity units and shower screens, and aerothermal hot water. Air conditioning is pre-installed; the air-conditioning units are not listed as included.

Location and distances

For everyday shopping and eating out, Pilar de la Horadada has supermarkets, shops and restaurants. The sandy beaches of Torre de la Horadada and Mil Palmeras are approximately 7 km away. For travel planning, Lo Romero Golf gives approximate driving times of 5 minutes to Pilar town centre, 30 minutes to Murcia International Airport and 45 minutes to Alicante Airport. These are guides for the golf-club area and vary with the exact starting point, route and traffic. A car is advisable for daily errands and beach trips.

Prices and planned completion
