The first-phase list includes 2- and 3-bedroom homes, all with 2 bathrooms. Layouts and outdoor areas vary; consult the floor plan for the individual unit.

Which communal facilities are included?

The specifications list an adult pool of 169 m², a children's splash pool of 30 m², a playground, a recreation area and an outdoor exercise circuit. An indoor or outdoor parking space is allocated to each home.

Are air conditioning and kitchen appliances included?

The kitchen includes cabinets, a sink, worktop, induction hob and extractor fan. Split air conditioning is pre-installed in the living room and bedrooms. Installed air-conditioning units and a full set of appliances are not specified as included.

When is delivery planned?

The developer's price list gives 30 September 2028 as the planned delivery date. This is a scheduled date; request the latest construction and contractual information before choosing a home.

About Nature Resort

Nature Resort is a new residential project in San Miguel de Salinas, on the southern Costa Blanca. The first-phase price list includes homes with 2 or 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with ground-floor gardens and terraces on the upper floors. The available layouts and starting prices are shown in the property overview below.

Homes and outdoor space

Choose between a ground-floor home with a garden, an apartment with a terrace or a home on the top floor. The examples shown below represent different layouts; consult the individual floor plan for the exact areas and distribution. The supplied plans distinguish interior space, terraces, laundry areas and, where applicable, gardens.

Communal areas

The specifications describe two communal areas of 1,692 m² each, a 169 m² adult swimming pool and a 30 m² children's splash pool. There is also a playground, a recreation area and an outdoor exercise circuit. Each home has an allocated indoor or outdoor parking space, depending on the unit.

Finishes and equipment

Homes include porcelain flooring, double glazing, fitted bedroom wardrobes and bathroom washbasin cabinets. Kitchens have upper and lower cabinets, a sink, worktop, induction hob and extractor fan. Hot water is supplied by a 150-litre aerothermal unit. Split air conditioning is pre-installed in bedrooms and the living room; the specifications do not include installed air-conditioning units or a complete appliance package.
